The data you provide in completing this form will be processed for the purpose of assessing your application for membership of Le Graal Private Club – Roma. This processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

The data collected will be accessible only to authorised personnel and may be disclosed to recipients, including recipients located outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, appointed as external data processors or acting as independent data controllers. The data controllers confirm that any transfer of data outside Europe will be carried out in accordance with Articles 44 onwards of the GDPR and any applicable legal requirements. The data will be processed only for as long as is strictly necessary to assess your application. If you become a member of Le Graal Private Club – Rome, your personal data will be retained for 10 years from the date your membership ends. If, following your application, you do not become a member, your personal data will be retained for 12 months from the date your application is submitted.

If you do not provide the requested personal data, or provide it only in part, the data controllers will be unable to assess your application for membership of Le Graal Private Club – Roma.

You may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR (including the right to access your data, obtain information on the source of the data, rectify inaccurate or incomplete data, restrict processing, request erasure/the right to be forgotten, and object to processing on legitimate grounds) by emailing the DPO at:dpo@legraal.com
